Patients benefit here from specialized diagnostics as well as modern treatment methods. A dedicated, competent and specialized team will be happy to advise and treat you. For this purpose, special consultation hours have also been set up for periodontitis, oral mucosa diseases, for implantations as well as for oral surgery.
The treatment methods are always based on the latest research. With support and state-of-the-art equipment, the department is also available to referring colleagues.
The department's areas of responsibility include:
- the dental treatment of patients
- the university education of dentists
- postgraduate training to become a specialist in periodontology® of the DG PARO and a specialist in oral surgery
- research in genetics and immunology in oral inflammatory diseases
